Huang Liping

Born in 1979, Huang Liping holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Kunming University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Arts from Renmin University of China. For over two decades, she has dedicated her career to the operation and management of art museums, focusing on brand strategy, promotion, and exhibition planning.

She is deeply familiar with the operational standards of national-level art museums, while also bringing extensive experience in leveraging private capital and market dynamics to establish independent museums with strong academic identities.

From 2003 to 2014, she worked at the Guan Shanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen, one of China’s first national key art museums, where she was primarily responsible for brand building and image promotion. In 2014, she founded the Yuezhong Museum of Historical Images, the first private museum in China dedicated to the collection, research, and exhibition of Chinese historical photography. Since its establishment, she has served as both Executive Director and Director.
